Wood Technology and Design
Learned woodworking skills including: chiseling, planing, forming joints, creating laminates, veneering, and finishing. The course included planning out how to make each component from measuring and marking to sawing, sanding, and gluing. I also practiced sketching and how to clearly teach and communicate woodworking skills.
Train station assembled and finished, over 50+ hours of work entailing sketching, visualizing, blisters, and bloody fingers.
